Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after you receive the product to request a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your product must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. We will not accept items that you send back to us without first requesting a refund.

Damages and problems
Please inspect your order on receipt and contact us immediately if an item is faulty, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can assess the problem and rectify it.

Exceptions/items that cannot be returned
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants), customised items (such as special orders or personalised items) and personal care goods (such as cosmetics). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please get in touch if you have any questions or concerns about a particular item.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns of sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for a new item.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your product must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need an invoice or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we have received and reviewed your return, we will notify you and let you know whether or not the return has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund to your original means of payment within 10 working days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card issuer to process and post your refund.
